Epson 740, won't print, several lights lit

I have had an Epson Stylus Color 740 for a couple of years. All of a
sudden, it will not print. Nothing happens when I try. The print
jobs just sit in the queue. 3 lights on the control panel are lit up:
the paper out light, and the black and color out lights. Any
suggestions? Thanks.

I found this reset procedure from a previous post from Tony:

Whenever all three lightsblink like that it means the printer
thinks the waste ink pads have filled up. Here's what you
do to reset it:

Turn the power OFF. Press and hold the Load/Eject and Cleaning buttons
while you tun ON the power. Release both buttons when the Paper Out
LED is flashing. Press and hold the Cleaning button for at least 10 seconds.

You should clean those once in a while. Use isopropyl alcohol from the
drugstore, and plenty of Q-tip type swabs. And try not to cusss. :)

You are confusing the small cleaning station pad with the waste ink
pads. The waste ink pads are not directly accessible, as they usually
lay on the bottom of the printer in most cases, and under the mechanism.
They slowly fill as the heads are cleaned.

Once you reach this point, you may have a great deal of ink in the lower
pads, or not, depending on how long the printer is left unused, which
can allow for some of the ink to dry and evaporate. If there is a lot
of ink there it can leak onto furniture, etc. or even cause a short.
