Envelope printing

when I try to print an envelope I keep getting a pop up message from
microsoft office word "the number must be between 1 and 31" not allowing me
to print an envelope or label.

Does any one have a fix????

See if the envelopes that you can download from my web site print correctly.
If they do, then try renaming the normal template to normal.old or copy the
two envelope paragraph styles from one of the envelope templates from my web
site to the normal template using the Organizer (ALT+f8 > Organizer).
