entry point not found

After start up I receive a message that states (the procedure entry point get
prossesing image filenamew could not be located in the dynamic link library
PSAPI.DLL) then I have to click OK. How do I correct the problem? Thanks

You have an incorrect version of the PSAPI.DLL file.

For Windows XP your file should be in the \Windows\System32 folder. It
should be 23,040 bytes in size, version 5.1.2600.2180 dated 21 March
2003. Any older versions of the file should be renamed or deleted.
