Dynamic Link Library

Each time my PC is booted, the following error msg appears:
"The procedure entry point GetProcessImageFileNameW could not be located in
the dynamic link library PSAPI.DLL."
The heading in the blue box at the top on the error msg reads "SmartBridge
Alerts MotiveSB.exe - Entry Point Not Found."
What do I need to do to permanently fix this error? Bill.

I have found the answer I needed in the reply by PA Bear to another posting
by Diana Faith; the problem is resolved. Thanks for the prior postings.
