Entry Point Not Found error

We get the following error message:

The procedure entry point WNetCachePassword could not be located in the
dynamic link library MPR.dll.

Any ideas?

Whoops, sorry. I thought this was responding to a different post about entry
point errors.

We get it when we try to open Outlook.
