'Entry point not found' error message

D

Denise

I hope someone can help me with this, especially if others
have experienced this problem.

For the past couple of weeks, whenever I log into my
desktop, I get the following pop-up error message before
IE, MSN Messenger and other programs are automatically set
to start or manually set to start:

"Entry point not found

The procedure entry point 'RtlUnhandledExceptionFilter'
could not be located in the dynamic link library ntdll.dll"

I have tried to locate the problem through Microsoft
support site, and there are similar error messages such as
the one above, but not this specific one.

I hope that someone can help me resolve this matter. You
can send a reply through my MSN email addy as I don't come
to the newsgroups that often.

Thanks in advance for your help!

Denise
