"Entry Point Not Found"

Whenever starting a game, I get: "Entry Point Not Found"
and the following: "The procedure entry point
GetRawInputDeviceList could not be located in the dynamic
link library USER32.dll."

I hope there is an easy fix for this. please

Any takers? I am getting a similar message on certain
programmes!! I have found some reference to this error
meaasage on the microsoft error board (or whatever it's
called) Go to http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?
pr=kbhowto, and type in procedure entry point and check
the top few answers...
