Ending Program Error When Logging Off

Whenever I log off, particularly after performing an
update I get the following message:
Ending Program - sgtray.exe
Program not responding - end now or cancel. If I select
end now I'll lose any unsaved work, updates, etc.

sgtray.exe is a background monitoring function of Veritas Storage Guard,
which in most cases gets installed as part of Veritas backup products.
