"End Task - Power Meter" on a Win 2k Terminal Server at user log o

I have a Win 2k Terminal Server Sp4 with all the latests patches installed.
Periodically a user will get a popup when trying to log out "End Task - Power
Meter". Once this happens all users experience a minute or longer wait
between log on and actually getting a desktop loaded, and the same popup
happens after that when they log off. The only fix I've found so far is to
reboot the server, not very productive. This is inconsistant and dos not
happen all the time, nor does it happen for specific users. But it is
becoming unusable because of all the reboots.

Anyone else experience this problem?

More info on this. We found that restarting the print spooler fixes the
problem. Seems it might be related to an HP print driver.

Any ideas on this would be greatly appreciated.
