End Program window

The last two times Ihave shut down windows I keep getting
this End Program window: MCI command handling Window and
this at the bottom: This program is not responding. Why
is this and how can I rectifie the problem ?

You need to get the program name for this message. Use
ctrl-alt-delete twice , that should get you task manager
(even at re-boot) and look for that message in
applications tab. Right click the application and
select "go to process". That will give a program name

Then use search companion with that program and maybe you
can isolate
