How do I send an entire folder ("deleted" for ex.) to an email
recipient?
Gordon's advice notwithstanding, don't export. Create a new PST and copy to
it the folder you wish to send. If it's "Deleted Items", you won't be able
to copy that folder, because every PST automatically contains a "Deleted
Items" folder already. So, if you really want to transfer the contents of
Deleted Items, copy it to a folder of another name in the new PST. Then
close the PST and close and restart Outlook. Now, in Windows Explorer,
locate the PST you created and give it a different file type, like .psx.
Outlook, by default, doesn't like to send .pst or receive files.
Alternatively, you can zip the PST up and send the zip file. If you rename
it, youre recipient can name it back to .pst and then use File>Open>Outlook
Data File in Outlook to open it and see what you sent.
