emailing some Photos JPG cannot resize them

Sending an email and selecting insert for a file such as a JPG file photo -
unable to resize this to enable quicker and easier emailing both receiving
and sending - want to make the file smaller - can only do this if I send
directly from the file and then press sent to email recipient - and can only
do this with one file at a time therefore having to send many emails to the
same person if wanting to send photos.

Image Resizer. Not exactly what you're talking about, but it's very handy.
In Windows Explorer, you can resize a bunch of photos at once, select the
new ones, right-click / send to / mail recipient.
