i've just upgraded from a old PC to a lovely new laptop, i managed to keep my
email address but it didn't bring all my old emails with it, which isn't a
problem i don't need them. I just keep getting message saying my inbox is
full on my laptop when there is only 8-9 messages in there.
I'm computer ignorant which doesn't help, can anyone help, please?

The inbox on your server is full, not on your computer. What it means is
that you need to download the messages off the server to clear it so it can
handle more messages. Your email account settings are the same as for OE
and if you go to your ISPs website, you should be able to find them. Also
