Email settings page is not wide enough to see the pop3 or smtp se

I cannot verify the pop3 and smtp settings because the page that has these
settings is not wide enough to see them. I have reloaded Microsoft Office
2003 but it did not correct this problem.

You mean the configuration dialog in Outlook or the overview of settings to
be used on a website?
Did you perhaps modify your Font settings in Windows to make them bigger?
If so, change it back to the normal size again and change the DPI settings
in Windows instead when you have difficulty reading the text in Windows.
