Email photo attchment resize prompt lost

I use XP home edition. I have used the facility to send
photos via email ie click on photo, then go to task bar
on left - click send by email. Normally a further option
comes up to allow you to resize photos for sending. This
resize feature no longer appears and the photos go into
email in their original. The prompt use to have achoice
of three sizes. Any ideas how I can get back resize
option ??

Click on Start, click on Run and type the following in the opening textbox:
REGSVR32 SHIMGVW.DLL
and press the Enter key.
Note that there is a space between ...32 and SHI...
This should return the option.
