Resizing photos Windows XP SP@

I used to resize photos for sending e-mails, but now I cannot. When I click
"send this file", the option to resize my photo does not appear. Instead, my
outlook express open directly and the "large" photo is attached. Trying to
fit the problem, I installed powertoy to rezise photos, but the program does
not resize either!

I guess something got wrong after I installed SP2, but I am not sure. Any
idea what happen?

You can repair both problems by:
Click on Start, click on Run and type the following in the opening textbox:
REGSVR32 SHIMGVW.DLL
and press the Enter jey.
Note that there is a space between ...32 and SHI...
This will take a second to run.
After this, the send this file should work.
If you right click on a photo and click on Resize, the powertoy feature
should open.
