resize images for email

I want to sent photos by email, however the former resize option of Outlook
2003 for sending pictures does not appear anymore in Windows Mail. Can anyone
help me to refind this option?

Use Windows Photo Gallery, select your photo(s), click on -Email..
then you can resize, attach & send via the default email program.
