Attaccment resizing?

Previous computer had outlook express, when I attached a picture it gave me
the option of resizing so I could send a smaller picture . Windows mail on
Vista does not seem to do this. Is there a way to resize the picture in
widows mail before sending?

Not in Windows Mail, but in Windows Photo Gallery....
select the photo, click email - resize - attach
