Email in Outlook 2002 on Exchange doesn't receive unless refreshed

We are in the process of switching users from .pst's to Exchange 2003
Enterprise. One user that is having issues is using Outlook 2002. After some
time of Outlook being open, he stops recieving email. If he clicks on
anything; a folder, or anything else, Outlook 'wakes up' and emails come in.
Anyone have any ideas why this might be happening? So far all other users on
Outlook 2002 or 2003 have not had any issues. Thanks in advance.

The most likely cause if the blocking of UDP packets by a firewall on that
PC. Either disable the firewall or add Outlook to its exceptions list.

Thanks for the quick response. However that is not the case. I now have two
user having this issue, and they do not have any firewall running on their
PC's. Also, the corporate firewall logs show everything is going through.
There are no rejects or drops there. Any other ideas?
