email attachments

When I send an email attachment I am told the person I send it too can not open it, can anyone help me to solve this problem please.

what type of file is the attatchment ? it may be that they dont have the appropriate program to open the file

A jpeg photograph if I send one to myself it comes up as a :- The parameter is incorrect.

Have you tried sending them in zipped folders ?

Hover over your file and right click,go down to "send to" a box appears,click "compressed zipped folder "
