Eliminate "[SPAM]" label from incoming mail in inbox.

Some of my incoming mail from known recipients has "[SPAM]" added to the
subject line. How do I keep this from happening? It's being added to
non-junk mail coming directly to my inbox.

It is not Outlook doing this but an add-in you have installed. Look to its configuration to change this.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. All
unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.

After furious head scratching, Scott asked:

Not an Outlook issue. It is an issue with whatever anti-spam software
you have installed or your e-mail provider is tagging the e-mails
using their spam filter. It is up to you to configure your anti-spam
software or decide whether or not to disable the upstream anti-spam
filter provided by your e-mail provider.
