E-mailing pictures from "my pictures"

When I am in "my pictures" folder and click on e-mail this
picture, the wrong e-mail program comes up. My default
mail is set to Outlook express, however my MSN 8 e-mail
accounts pops up. This will not let me e-mail the pictures
because it says it's a potentially unsafe attachment.
Does anyone have any idea how to fix this problem?

There are two things you need to check and/or set in the
options settings.

1. Outlook Express may see the picture as a possible
Virus. Open Outlook Express and click on Tools - Options -
Security Tab - and under Virus Protection make sure the
check mark in the "Do not allow Attachments to be saved
or opened that could potentially be a virus" Box is
removed - then click OK. More info on this feature is in

2. Open Internet Explorer and click on Tools - Internet
Options - Programs Tab - and under Internet Programs set
the Email: Box setting to Outlook Express by clicking the
down arrow and selecting - click OK to accept and close.
Now the Photo should be sent to a Outlook Express -
Create Message Window as a attachment!
