I have a user who uses 2 different PC's in our office... he acceses outlook
through both PC's.... Quite often he will log on and the option to have his
e-mail signature picked is reset to blank... I then have to go to his machine
and reset it... any ideas as to whythis may be happening???

Starting with your Outlook version would help.
Also, why would you expect the signature to be there on the other computer?
For instance; do you have roaming profiles configured?
Are the files actually missing or just not connected?
Which other ways of deploying settings do you use?

Realize that your network environment and methods are completely unknown to
us. If you stay on an abstract level, we can only answer on an abstract
level.

and it's not that the signature files aren't there it's that they are not
selected... as far as other ways of deploying settings... not sure what you
mean... obviously with 2003 server AD is running...

As you are not using roaming profiles, you'll need to deploy and copy the
settings in some way as 1 computer is unaware of how the user has configured
his environment on another computer. So changes to it are not reflected
either. Which solution do you have in place for this right now? 1 solution
would be to start using roaming profiles.

That's the point... the settings on both PC's are identical... I've set them
up that way physically on both machines... The user goes along fine and then
