e-mail addresses

George Salonikios

I use MS Outlook 2003 (11.8217.8221) SP3 part of MS Office professional
edition 2003.

I would like to export my contacts in my email application to an excel file
or any outlook file type so that to use with other PCs or Window mobile
phone..

My requirement is as follows:
Having selected New email and in the “To†field upon typing a character
(e.g. “aâ€) all my names starting with an A will be listed.

I would like to export all these names (from A-Z & 0-1) into a contact
address book, so I can back them up.

Kindly can you advise.

Well you shouldn't need to export them to use with a Windows Mobile phone
since those phones come with sync software which will synchronize the
contacts between the phone & your PC.

You can export your contacts using the File menu > Import & Export wizard
into many formats

My answer was that you posted this same message in another group and have a
thread going there as well. Don't multipost.

Hi,
Every time I am typing a new email adress in the send to it seems to get
added to an address list in my outlook.
So when creating a new email and in the To field I strat typing the letter
"a" all my email address starting with an "a" will list up and I can choose
the one without re-typing it...
It is these email address that I am trying to find out where they are stored
so as to put them in a contact address book and then export them..

George
