dwwin.exe

When I shut down Windows XP, I always get a message that
dwwin.exe cannot execute because windows terminal is
shutting down. I know dwwin.exe controls sending error
messages to Microsoft, so it seems like my program must be
generating an error that it's trying to send.

Does not prevent shutdown, but is very annoying. Any
suggestions?
