drop down menus continued

The directions from Ravi Anguluri are good; however, I'm hung up in the
middle of it. Example: I tried the "layer", etc. without his directions,
didn't save the page, and went back in, but when I click on insert and layer,
it is numbered "2".

So, I considered #2 as really #1 in the directions, went thru the task pane,
visible, onmouseover, etc. saved and viewed in the browser. I didn't see
the sub menu, or child menu, only the layer #1 (#2). I couldn't tell if I
had accomplished anything. The word I put in the layer was just "there".

Now what? and remember, I'm a newbie! Thanks!!!

Dear Rob, was this problem over your head, or were you born rude?

You're the kind of person that makes people hestitate asking questions
'cause up out of the blue, there comes you, good 'ol Rob.

Again....Huh?
What's rude about; Huh?
What are you asking?
Who is Ravi?
Where are his instructions he gave you?
If you have a question regarding something Ravi (whomever or wherever he is)
why not ask him? ---- Because before I replied to your op, I searched this
newsgroup (yes I made the EFFORT just for you) to find out what you are on
about and couldn't find anything on Ravi.
