Driver Version 8.28.0.0 Update

I have Windows XP and use the Windows Update Site to keep
current on changes.
There is currently a Windows Driver Update that I am
trying to load but keep getting the following.

No Updates Were Installed
The following items failed to install.
Microsoft Modem Driver Version 8.28.0.0

computer, then shut off any anti-virus programs,firewalls
and screensavers.If you are a AOL user,minimize window
when you try download.
