Driver problem

The following error comes up on my computer at start-up.
When I click on the link below to download patch, a list
of 50 updates come up and Im not sure which one to
download. Can you help me?

Error message:

DirectCD
Roxio, Inc.

Issue Description:

A driver is installed that causes stability problems with
your system. This driver will be disabled. Please contact
the driver manufacturer for an update that is compatible
with this version of Windows.
