Downloading SP3?

I need to update to SP3 a WinXP computer that is not connected to the
internet.

Is there a download for SP3?

Despite the warnings, is this the right download link for my situation?

I STRONGLY recommend that your system is backed up before installing sp3.
The best backup is by creating an image of your system. You will need
software to do this. Example...Acronis True Image.
