SP3 direct download link needed

Tried DLing SP3 yesterday and found the file size too small, about 230
meg. used this link:

What's happening is, MS is DLing SP3 to the Internet directory (which is
a small partition with little free space) instead of to a TMP or TEMP
directory which point to large partitions with loads of free space!

Two questions:
1) does anyone have a direct link to MS DL site for the latest SP3
release (I'll use a DLer program which saves exactly where I want them)?

2) outside of changing the temporary Internet directory location, is
there any way to circumvent MS from using that directory as its temp
location?

BTW: I downloaded this

some days ago and saw it installed version Build 2600.xpsp.08413-2111.
The latest version (released May 6) is version 2113 ... wonder what the
differences are?

Was curious if the link you provided

will always have the LATEST version?

KB936929 is and always will be SP3 Final.

If you compare them with a hash tool you'll see that they are the same.
