Hi Stephen,
This problem occurs if the Temporary Internet Files are full. Clear the
temporary internet files.
1. Start Internet Explorer
2. On the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
3. Click the General tab.
4. Under Temporary Internet files, click Delete Files.
5. When you are prompted to delete all temporary Internet files, click OK.

I have been downloading some JPG images from a web site however when I
go to save them the file name appears as Untitled and the file extension
is bmp (bitmaps) of about 1.5 Mb .
these are definitely jpgs of about 200k
any thoughts what I can do?
