strange situation...
A network with (2) Windows 2000 servers, MAINSVR (FSMO Roles, DC, DNS,
DHCP, WINS) and EXCHSVR (DC, DNS, WINS, Exchange). The network also
consists of (30+) Win2k/XP machines and (50+) Win9x machines. MAINSVR
does not appear in either server's network neighboorhood list. Many
of the Win9x machines are also unable to see this server. MAINSVR is
registered with both DNS and WINS. I am able to ping by NetBIOS name,
I am also able to open folders by UNC pathname, but some of the Win9x
are having problems logging into the domain. I am unsure of where to
go with this, any help would be greatly appreciated.
