Only 1 System is Listed in Network Places \ <domain name>

I have a Windows 2000 network - Active Directory, DNS, WINS.

When one of my users (a Windows 2000 client) is on the network, her laptop
is the ONLY system listed under Network Places \ Entire Network \ Microsoft
Windows Network \ <domain name>.

Also, if I do a net view, her system is the only one listed.

While this is going on I am able to map drives to ALL systems on the network
as well as ping everything by name and IP. I'm only unable to browse the
network - for instance, to add a printer.

While this isn't the end of the world, it is clearly a problem and I would
like to get it straightened out. I just can't figure out what I should be
looking at.... Is this a master browser election issue? If so, I find it
odd because I'm not seeing any events logged that an election is taking
place.... I'm sure the answer is obvious, but I'm completely dumfounded for
some reason!

Any help would be greatly appreciated!! Thank you in advance!

Regards,
Lori
