Do Not Deliver

Hello, I used the "Do Not Deliver Before" option for a few messages, and I
can see them in my Outbox. The problem is, one of them was supposed to be
sent yesterday afternoon and didn't leave my Outbox, even though my Outlook
was open and I have an exchange server. What is the problem?

Was your computer in Standby power mode at the time? Many NICs (network
interface cards) are configured to disable when in Standby mode; i.e.,
you'll get no network traffic, in or out, when in Standby mode. If your
computer was in Hibernate mode at the time, it wasn't even powered on so no
programs were running.,
