Do I need update (KB831167)

MS Update is telling me that Critical Update for Internet
Explorer 6 Service Pack 1 (KB831167) is necessary if I
begin to receive errors connecting to websites after the
Cumulative Security Update for Internet Explorer 6 Service
Pack 1 (KB832894) has been applied.

I successfully installed that update on Tuesday, February
3, 2004, and haven't noticed any problem. Should I still
install this correction update?

SYMPTOMS
Programs that use Wininet functions to post data (such as a user name or a
password) to a Web server retry the POST request with a blank header if the
Web server closes (or resets) the initial connection request.
