DNS Error "The page cannot be displayed"

Recently downloading some updates for IE 6, my browser
refused to open such simple sites that are merely html
web pages. I was then able to open some html sites then
when i returned to the page it didn't allow it, my
browser settings are medium so therefore it should allow
the sites through, and my fireweall is set to medium to
see if i could load it but no luck.
i tried to view the SSL, TLS AND PCT sockets but
everything was normal. I cant seem to acces basic
websites like:
http://www.csee.wvu.edu/students/projs/senior95/spring.htm

I don't know what I've done but I've made pest, and virus
scans 3 times and nothing has been found.
can someone please explain to me how i can set my browser
back so i can view these pages?

I cant seem to acces basic websites like:

http://www.csee.wvu.edu/students/projs/senior95/spring.html

The only thing that I think might cause some users a problem there is
that there is no Privacy Policy but they don't have a Cookie so that
should be less of a problem, unless you have Content Advisor active.

The page in question has been withdrawn or non existent. Try this link:

You will notice that spring.htm is not listed but spring.html is! Also
try this correct link:

http://www.csee.wvu.edu/students/projs/senior95/spring.html

The trick to audit the link is to try step by step approach by deleting
from the end of the link and moving in.
