The page cannot be displayed error

I'm getting the "The page cannot be displayed" error in IE
6 when connecting to Secure Sites. To be precise, I'm
using version 6.0.2800.1106. I have update versions SP1;
Q831167;Q867801. I do have have SSL 2.0, SSL 3.0, TLS 1.0
checked. I do not see PCT 1.0. Where is this?

Any other thougths?

figured it out myself. i used windows 2000 sp4. and
Windows2000-KB828035-x86-ENU.
