DLL problem

Is this the correct forum to post this question?
If it is not then my apologies in advance.

Recently I have only downloaded and installed windows updates and so it is
my guess that this error is related to one of these.

Each time I start my computer I get the following message:

Smart Bridge Alerts: MotiveSBexe - Entry point not found
The proceedure entry point GetProcessImageFileNameW could not be located in
the dynamic link library PSAPI.DLL

I have looked at recent downloads installed and I can not find anything
which looks like a Smart Bridge Alert or I would uninstall this.

Can anyone please help?

It may not be the correct newsgroup as it appears to be an IE7
problem.

I see in http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/ie7/default.mspx that
the recommended newsgroup is microsoft.public.internetexplorer.general

In a proper newsreader:
