Dll Error "OldWrdDoc"

What does this error mean? How do I stop it from coming up
all the time?

"The add-in 'OldWrdDoc.dll"., could not be installed or
loaded. This problem may be resolved by using Detect and
Repair from the Help menu. Unable to
load "OldWrdDoc.dll". You may be out of memory, out of
system resources, or missing a .dll file.
