I am trying to install Digital Image Pro 9 and keep
getting a pip.exe error.

The application failed to initialize properly (OXC015004)
Check on OK to terminate program. Any help greatly
appreciated....Thank you.

If not already done so you might want to check the tech support for the
program vendor.
