I just bought an expansion to a game, via DD ... the code is invalid.

Good luck getting it sorted Master Mucks, bit of a nightmare, that scenario...

Talking of which, never did get my Steam copy of Prototype 2 working (also DD), and on two different machines as well.

None of their suggestions worked so I guess I can wave £12 goodbye into the ether

I just got off the phone, called America via a free Skype customer support number (and it worked), and the very nice lady, sounded very young and no Boston accent, sorted the 'problem' out within 5 mins.



now there is a lesson for other game companies ...

Innit nice when things work properly
