I am actually a qualified Analyst Programmer for a multi-national

I am very lazy when reading online, and don't take the time to try to
decipher messages that are written by those who don't care about me and
don't take the trouble to try to write clearly in standard English so I can
understand them.

I make exceptions for those whose native language is not English, but not
for others.

Outlook Express by itself does not have that capability (unless it
has been added in OE7) and that one of many reasons why I use
FidoLook. FidoLook uses the OE DLLs, provides the same OE look and
feel but it enhances OE greatly such as reading yEnc posted
attachments, bottom posting, and viewing a X-Face.

New one to me - going to look into it. I use OE-QuoteFix myself - but am
always open to new ways of doing things - especially if better. Thanks for
the tip (even if you weren't actually giving one. hah)
