Dial-Up Connections

I am using Win 2000 Professional, Upgrage Pack 4. I have
an onboard 56k modem and external ISDN TA.

I'm trying to accesss the folder "Dial-Up Connections".

In "My Computer" the icon is visible but appears to
be "grayed out". When I click on the icon nothing happens.

What am I doing wrong?
