how do you adjust your desktop when it runs off the page. The task bar instead
of being at the bottom of the page is now upside down ,with it showing to the
right hand corner of the screen. All the icons are showing as normal on a
different screen. So to recap I have one side of my screen with icons and the
other side with task bar and start menu up on the right hand corner. This was
a laptop I was using and was shutting it down when my mouse accidentally
clicked some where out with the box area.

Your description does not match what is generally the case when the taskbar
moves so I am not sure this fix will work. Give it a try and see what
happens. Left click the clock and pull the taskbar down to the bottom and
release the button. If it doesn't move, right click the taskbar and unlock
it.
