Desktop icons not visibile in new account/user.

I created a second account (power user) on winxp pro so my daughter could
log on without using my account, but I also wish for all the desktop icons
to show up on her desktop so that she could run the programs without hitch.
How do I do it?

Move the icons from your user profile desktop (\Documents and Settings\User\Desktop) to the 'common desktop' path (\Documents and Settings\All Users\Desktop).
