Deploying Windows Patches with Group Policy

Hi,

I was just wondering if there is any way to deploy patches
via the group policy. Please direct me to any article on
how to do this. When I go the software installation it
only allows me to install .msi packages and no .exe

Please let me know.

You can deploy some patches through the Microsoft (SUS)
System Update Service.
