Not natively. But you could have a look at Group Policy Preferences that
Microsoft released with Server 2008. You only need a client piece
(Client Side Extensions CSE) loaded onto the clients and a Server 2008
OR Vista SP1 machine to manage them and you get a a variety of
management options - as well as power management settings.
