Dell Inspiron 7000

I have a Dell Inspiron 7000 and every time I try to
install windows 2000 I get the error message:

Setup had problems registering the following OLE
control DLL
C:\WINNT\SYSTEM32\INITPKI.DLL
Contact your system administrator, who may provide
assistance diagnosing this problem.

Any advice on how to deal with this?

Hi Smitty,
This behavior can occur if the system has an outdated BIOS.

This could also occur due to bad blocks on the hard disk; if updating the
system BIOS does not correct the problem, run CHKDSK /R against the drive to
locate and "repair" bad blocks.
