Deleting offensive link in drop down menu

If I right click on my mouse when I am in Explorer, I get a drop down menu, including common commands such as print, refresh, select all, etc. I also get a command that if selected links me to an offensive web site. It also appears in the drop down menu when I highlight text and right click, along with common commands such as cut, paste, etc. How do I remove the offensive command from the drop down menus

The commands are stored in this registry key:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\MenuExt.

If you're not comfortable at registry editing, get ToolbarCop to remove the menu extensions:
