Deleted items

I don't know what has happened to my outlook but all of my deleted messages
aren't leaving the screen...they are staying behind with a 'strike' through
them and I can't delete them...how do I fix this?

That is normal behavior when you are using an IMAP account.
Use the Purge option in the Edit menu to permanently delete your deleted
items.

Hi,

This happens when you are using Outlook or Outlook Express.. You'll have to click on the Purge option on the tool bar. this way items will get permanently deleted.
